We are pleased to announce that Dr. David Allison has joined Peachtree Vascular Specialists! Dr. Allison received his M.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, and has had articles published in prominent medical journals.
He is an Interventional Radiologist, which means that he specializes in using imaging techniques to assist him in minimally invasive surgeries. By using these techniques, our patients are at less risk for infection and other issues that are common in open surgeries. Another advantage is that most of these procedures can be performed in our office based interventional center, providing a comfortable and cost effective alternative to a hospital.
